Ch-Ch-Changes!

It doesn’t take more than a walk around the block in my home town of New York City to remind me that nothing stays the same forever. When change means that your favorite pizza place is gone-you whine a little; when it means improvements in something like the IGMA website, you get excited!

Screen Shot 2016-03-22 at 10.10.32 PMIn the years since the Guild launched their website, so much has changed in how and what people are viewing on the internet, that our webmaster, Betsy Roxby suggested it might be time to revisit IGMA’s internet presence. Working with members of the Marketing Committee, Betsy proposed a reorganization of the site, with fewer and more scrollable pages-things that those viewing on phones and tablets find more accessible. Darren Scala and Carol Kubrican suggested the use of larger photos to draw people in and after Betsy worked her magic, we have what you now see…a new and improved Guild website.

So, what do you think? Do you like the new look? Do you prefer photos with faces, familiar or otherwise, or would you prefer to see just the miniatures? A nice mix of both?
