Invitation to Teach 2026 Class Proposal W-9 Form W-8BEN Form
Everyone is able to offer a class at the IGMA show, even if you’re not an Artisan or Fellow. Our community is filled with wonderfully talented people, each with something special to share. Classes and tours are a vital part of our annual show, and they are a wonderful way to showcase your talents while creating a personal connection with other miniaturists.
You must be a dealer at the Guild Show to offer a class.
We have classroom space available from Monday night through Sunday night. Think seminars, demos, hands-on classes, tours… anything from “How do I get this glue to dry before the next ice age?” to “Which tools really earn their keep?” to finishing techniques, working with polymer clay or various textiles, or a favorite shopping tour.
If your class doesn’t meet your minimum enrollment of three students, we can cancel it.
To apply, please send a quality photo and print-ready materials for the IGMA website to the Guild Show Director. Photos must be at least 4" in dimension, high-resolution (300 dpi), and in PDF, TIFF, or JPG format. Please also include your class description in a Word document so we can easily add it to the website. Pictures are required for approval, we can’t promote a class without them.
Please submit your proposal including IRS paperwork no later than January 1, 2026. No class applicationss will be accepted without the legal IRS paperwork. Classes will be posted in February 2026.
Together we can make the Guild Show successful! Feel free to contact me with any questions, feedback or ideas.
Thank you very much for your continued support of The Guild Show, see you in August!
