Here are some options for off-campus accommodations. We can’t recommend specific locations - we encourage you to use this information as a starting point in your own search.

Each room has two double beds and a bath. We have reserved a block of rooms at a significantly discounted rate. A shuttle will be available at no extra cost; from the Fort Knox Park Inn to MMA is about 25 minutes. If you choose this option, you will pay one fee for tuition, shared (or private) room and meals to the Guild School and we will take care of your booking.

For the following options, you will pay the Tuition Fee for Off-Campus Housing and then select the Meal Plan option you would like. You will book and pay for your own accommodations separately. We can help if you need help finding or filling in a space in a shared rental space. If you do have an addition room or bed, please consider making it available to another student – space in town is limited!

Individual/Private Rental Options in Castine and Area (e.g., Penobscot, Orland)
Many of our students have found very satisfying accommodations by renting rooms or houses in the Castine area. If you rent a house with multiple bedrooms and need help filling the rooms, let us know. Conversely, if you would like to stay off-campus in a rental house and need help connecting with someone who has a house with vacant bedrooms, let us know.
