There are two kinds of dealers at miniature shows, those who make what they sell, and those who represent the makers, selling the work of a specific artist, or multiple artists.
The Guild Show Committee is extremely happy to have Karon Cunningham as a dealer at our 35th Anniversary Show this coming August. Karon has a very discerning eye and represents a wonderful and varied selection of artists from around the world. When she’s at home her inventory lines the shelves
of a free-standing shop behind her Wiltshire home, and when its time to head out to the next show, Karon works through her inventory, selecting and packing up pieces that you are unlikely to see on any other dealers’ tables. So, what are you looking for? A tiny straight-edged razor? A 17th century ladies powdered and bouffant wig? Stop by Karon’s table, you just might find it there.
And, if you’re ever in the U.K., near her home town of Bath, give her a ring and set
up a time to visit that magical little studio behind her home…she’ll even provide tea and ‘nibbles’!
Everything is so true. I always head for Karon’s table. So glad she will be at the Guild Show.
