Decorative arts styles and their places in history are very important to me. I work to create accurate representations of specific examples of antique pottery and porcelain in 1/12, 1/6, and ¼ scales. In addition to the pottery I also do panel paintings after Old Masters using traditional egg tempera techniques.

Ceramic pieces are cast in original molds with clay slips glazed and fired appropriately to achieve the look and feel of the original pieces I reproduce. Each piece is entirely decorated by hand.

I tend to produce work in collections of types of ware particular to a specific time and place from history. These images show examples of the types of ware on which I am currently working. All shown are in 1/12th scale.

Works are produced in extremely limited editions and are available nearly exclusively at Guild Shows.
