Directory Guidelines

The Online Directory is a listing of IGMA members who sell their work.

Participants in the Online Directory must be members in good standing of The International Guild of Miniature Artisans.

Fees are as follows:

$175 for initial 1 year listing, to include up to 5 photographs and descriptive and biographical information up to 300 words.
$100 for annual renewal.
additional $75 to make changes up to 4 times a year. Changes will be made around the 1st day of January, April, July, and October. You must submit the changes by the 15th day of the previous month.

Listing can be under an individual or trade name. If a trade name is used, you must also give your name as it is carried on our membership roles. Listings will be by categories as described on the submission form.

Only digital photographs may be submitted. Photographs must be a minimum of 450 X 600 pixels in dimension and submitted in JPEG form.

Text must also be submitted by computer. IGMA reserves the right to modify or reject any photographs not deemed suitable and to edit descriptive information.

Submissions must be on the form on the Directory website.

THE ONLINE DIRECTORY IS A SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL GUILD OF MINIATURE ARTISANS, LTD. FOR ITS MEMBERS WHO SELL THEIR WORK. IGMA WILL NOT APPROVE OR ENDORSE THE WORK OR DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION OF THOSE LISTED ON THE DIRECTORY. THOSE LISTED ON THE DIRECTORY CANNOT REPRESENT THAT THEIR WORK HAS BEEN APPROVED, ENDORSED OR RECOMMENDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL GUILD OF MINIATURE ARTISANS, LTD.
