Miniature back to school supplies, the project for Mini’s & Tea with Mommy & Me at the 2013 Guild Show August 4.
If you are between the ages of 6 and 14, we’ve got a special event just for you. Last year IGMA added a new feature to their show, it’s called Mini’s & Tea for Mommy & Me and features a quick and easy make and take project for kids to work on with their adults, served up with a spot of tea, or lemonade, and cookies thrown in for good measure.
This year the project has a back to school theme and participants may look forward to making a couple of mini pencils along with the ubiquitous composition notebook and an apple for teacher. The event takes place during show hours on Sunday August 4, 2013 from 12:30 -1:30 p.m. and is free to show attendees.
When the kids are done with their project, take them inside to the Small Beginnings table where all the merchandise has kid sized prices and adults are strictly not allowed. Visit the IGMA website to learn more.
